We are offering a fun, unique and rewarding position as part of our social media team. As a Social Media Specialist you will be reporting directly to our social media manager, but also work closely with our local organization, developing and retaining our local web presence and community.
Who are you?
You are a highly ambitious, creative, outgoing and positive person with a real “can do”- attitude. You have good knowledge in sports, gaming, events and social media. You have a deep understanding of the community concept and preferably a background in marketing. You are a strong communicator, great in writing and fluent in English as well as Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian. We are looking for a real team player who wants to join a young, international and ambitious team where tight cooperation and short lead-times are part of the everyday work load.
Main responsibilities
• Establish, increase and engage our communities for our different brands.
• Help monitor and engage in our brands online
• Increase brand reach
• Produce content, competitions and campaigns for our blogs and other platforms
• Increase interaction with our customers
• Develop ideas and constantly increase our user’s experience of our brands.
• Support our different departments and brands with expertise within the social media
• Develop programs to implement in other parts of the organization
Wanted qualifications
• A broad understanding of marketing in general and more specifically online community building and social media.
• Experience from building up communities.
• Understanding of technology and a quick learner of new things.
• Experience from building, executing, following up and reporting on promotions/campaigns.
• Excellent in writing Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian and in English
