You are a dedicated person who has a passion for communicating a great employer brand and finding the best people out there. You have a relevant University degree and have been working a couple of years with recruitment.
You have been involved in the whole recruitment lifecycle, carried out search, headhunting, interviews, etc. in an international setting with candidates from different countries. You are very structured in how you work, have a strong drive while at the same time a humble and team oriented attitude. You like to dig into different types of tasks. Like the rest of us here at Betsson you are also a social and collaborative person. With the right personality and drive you may still be in the beginning of your career.
Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent. As many of the positions to fill are based in Stockholm it is a plus if you also speak Swedish.
The Role
You will hold full responsibility for the whole recruitment process from establishing role descriptions writing advertisements, administrating the process, selecting and interviewing candidates, and finally employing the best. In this process you will work closely with Managers for the different departments as well as the HR Managers. Another important responsibility for the role is the ownership for external communication of Betsson as an Employer Brand. This involves planning and execution of advertising, events, our web etc. You will also be involved in the strategic planning of resource allocation.
You will be reporting to Betssons HR Director and be a part of our HR, Administration and Office team. The position is based in our Malta office but as you will also be responsible for recruitment for our Stockholm office you will travel to Sweden at times.
