Who are you?
This position would suit someone that is extremely well organised with experience within a Customer Care and/or Call Centre environment. You should be highly customer focused, have strong management potential, self-motivation and an excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
As a Call Centre Agent you will be calling our existing customers to inform about our products and offers, campaigns and Touch Base calls to provide that personal and important link with customer and brand.

- Provide accurate information and seek solutions on behalf of our customers.
- Respond to client inbound/outbound through telephone, email and chat.
- Document client interaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technology/systems/applications quickly.
Wanted qualifications:
- Excellent Norwegian and fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Confident telephone manner, Professionalism and customer focus.
- Documented experience working with telephone sales or working in contact centre environment.
- Excellent time management, flexibility and adherence to schedule.
- The ability to work within a challenging environment.
- Experience of working towards Targets.
- An understanding of the online gaming industry.
- Strong values for Teamwork, customer service, initiative & integrity.
- Proven passion for customer service.
You will have to provide a clean police conduct and birth certificate to allow for LGA (Lotteries & Gaming Authority) approval.
