Gaming Licenses
Betsson is a holder of gaming licences in Malta, a member of the European Union. BML Group Ltd. (reg. no C34836) in a company registered in Malta and holds the following remote gaming licences LGA/CL1/183/2004 (issued on 30th March 2011), LGA/CL2/183/2004 (issued on 17th March 2009), LGA/CL3/183/2004 (issued on 17th March 2009), LGA/CL1/566/2009 (issued on 9th January 2010), LGA/CL1/587/2009 (issued on 9th July 2009), LGA/CL3/566/2009 (issued on 9 July 2009). These licences have been granted to Betsson by Malta’s Lotteries and Gaming Authority under the Remote Gaming Regulations (LN176/2004) and cover the Sportsbook, Casino, Scratch Cards, Bingo, Games and Betsson Euro Tables. Betsson Poker is operated by BML Group Ltd. and powered by Ongame Network Ltd, which has a network license issued by the Gibraltar Government. Betsson Euro Tables is operated by BML Group Ltd. on the poker network arranged and operated by Entraction Network Ltd conducting its business and acting fully in compliance with the applicable laws of Malta and are regulated and licensed by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta.

Our Casino operates with a random number generator that as been assessed and approved by two independent third parties, National Laboratory of Forensic Science in Sweden and Technical Systems Testing in Canada, guaranteeing a fair casino experience. To ensure our poker software consistently produce random numbers we have Independent Auditors review the output of the Random Number Generator embedded in our poker software on a monthly basis. A copy of these reports can be viewed here:
